NextD Player receives updates automatically when new firmware and improvements becomes available. The updates are pushed to the installed NextD Players when they are connected to the Internet.
NextD Remote apps are updated through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on users smartphones when newer versions are published.
To manually check if your firmware is up to date:
For NextD N2:
Launch the NextD Update app -> Click the "Online Update" button
For NextD N1:
1. Click on the Settings app on the NextD desktop screen.
2. Scroll all the way down then click on "About Device" on the left navigation panel.
3. On the right side of the "About Device" screen, click on "System Update"
4. Click on the "Check for Update" button then follow the on screen instructions to download, then install the update.
