This issue is now fixed through an over-the-air (OTA) update to all existing NextD N1 Players. The OTA Update was released on 8/4/2016. If you have not seen the pop up window prompting you to update the system software, you can do so manually by following these steps:
1. Click on the Settings app on the NextD desktop screen.
2. Scroll all the way down then click on "About Device" on the left navigation panel.
3. On the right side of the "About Device" screen, click on "System Update"
4. Click on the "Check for Update" button then follow the on screen instructions to download, then install the update.

Original post:
The semi-transparent blue prompts on NextD Player are designed to provide helpful information to the users when launching certain apps for the first few times.
Some users have reported that the blue prompts don't disappear. This is a known software glitches that got triggered when the user launches another app before the initial blue prompt disappears. NextD's engineering team is working on a fix and the update will be pushed to all NextD Players in 1-2 weeks.
For now, simply reboot (unplug the power then plug in again) the NextD Player to remove the blue prompts if they don't disappear. Waiting before a blue prompt disappears before launching another app will also prevent the situation from happening again.
