NextD TV Customer Support

To uninstall an app on NextD, choose one of the following methods:

1. Click on the Settings icon on the NextD desktop screen, click on Apps, choose an app, then click on Uninstall.

2. If you installed the apps from Google Play Store, you can also uninstall the app from within the Google Play Store

3. [NextD N1 Only] You can also uninstall an app from within the All Apps page (click on the "6 dots inside a circle" button at the bottom of the NextD desktop). Long press on an app icon with 2 fingers together. The Uninstall button will show up near the top of the screen. Use 2 fingers together to drag the selected app icons to the Uninstall button.

4. [NextD N1 Only] All icons on the NextD desktop screen are simply shortcuts. When the users long press on these shortcuts, a Remove button will show up near the top of the screen. Drag the selected app shortcuts to the Remove button to remove the shortcuts. Please note that removing an app shortcut does not uninstall an app.
