A few keys such as "i" and "r" may not show up on the TV screen when typed on external keyboards or through the virtual keyboard on NextD Remote app.
This issue only applies to NextD N1. This is due to a conflict with the white IR remote's "mouse mode". Our engineering team is working on a solution to permanently resolve this conflict. For now, the simple workaround is to exit the "mouse mode" on the IR mode while typing on an external keyboard.
